Report: Beilein Expected To Join Bradley Staff

The Journal Star in Peoria, Illinois is reporting former WVU basketball player Patrick Beilein is expected to join Bradley University’s staff as the Director of Basketball Operations.

BU is entering its first season with head coach Geno Ford, who spent the last three seasons at Kent State. If Beilein is hired he will be a non-recruiting member of the staff and will handle administrative duties.

Beilein played at WVU for four years and scored 1,001 points in his career. After he graduated in 2006, he played two years of professional basketball in Europe. When he returned to America, Beilein became a graduate assistant on his father’s (John Beilein) team at the University of Michigan. He spent two years in Ann Arbor.

Last season he was an assistant at Dartmouth College.
