Weber agreed to a 5-year contract and will be paid $1.5 million in 2012-13, receiving a $100,000 base salary increase each year remaining on the contract ($1.6 million in 2013-14, $1.7 million in 2014-15, $1.8 million in 2015-16 and $1.9 million in 2016-17).

The 55 year old is overall 313-155 in 14 seasons as a head coach combined at both Southern Illinois and Illinois.
