Remains Found; Three Charged With Murder

Three men are behind bars charged with the murder of man who’s been missing for months.

State Police say they got a tip Monday about a shallow grave in Upshur County Monday. They found skeletal remains just off of Bull Run Road.

Police say Joshua Oberg, 29, of Buckhannon was reported missing earlier this year.

Tuesday State Troopers arrested Rodolpho Villagomez, 32, of Buckhannon, Robert Siron III, 30, of Weston and Jesse Heater, 28, of Buckhannon. All three are charged with first degree murder and are in jail.

State Troopers sent the remains to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for positive identification.
