A South Central Regional Jail inmate is dead. Jail officials confirm 54-year old Joseph Albohn of Kanahwa County hanged himself in his cell about 2:00 Tuesday morning with a bed sheet. Albohn was jailed August 1st on charges of possession of child pornography. Initially he had been on suicide watch in the jail, but was removed from after a psychologist determined he was not a risk to himself.
