Person in custody following double shooting

One man is charged and two men injured after a double shooting that took place in Point Pleasant Tuesday evening.

Investigators say Franklin Eaves, 22, shot Earl Bonecutter and Michael Stewart during a fight on Evergreen Drive.

Eaves was taken into custody but hospitalized. Police say he was drunk and may have been suffering from hypothermia.

Police say both shooting victims were shot in the stomach and are expected to recover from their injuries.
