Christmas day shooter in custody

The man wanted for a Christmas day shooting in Logan County is now behind bars.

Police say Mack Brumfield turned himself in to the Logan County Sheriff’s Department around 4:15 p.m. Friday.

Brumfield is accused of shooting Kenny Tomblin five to six times in Henlawson on December 25.

Tomblin remains in the hospital in intensive care.

Brumfield has been charged with malicious wounding and domestic battery. He currently is being held at the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.
