Arson suspect sought in Parkersburg

Parkersburg Police are looking for an arsonist.

Investigators say a woman saw a man running out of a home that burned on Spring Street in Parkersburg before 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

Those with the Parkersburg Fire Department and the Parkersburg Police Department say someone set that fire.

It’s the second arson fire on Spring Street in the past five days.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s with dark hair.  He was wearing a blue t-shirt over a white thermal undershirt and blue jeans.
