WHEELING, W.Va. — A Virginia woman faces up to 20 years in federal prison after embezzling $1.3 million from a West Virginia racetrack.

A federal jury convicted Anita Ambler, 49, Friday on multiple counts including wire and mail fraud. She took the money from horse racing funds at Mountaineer Racetrack in Chester, where she worked for several years.
