Woman enters Alford plea in Ohio County robbery

A woman involved in an armed robbery that turned deadly entered an Alford plea in Ohio County Circuit Court Tuesday.

Melody Fisher was with Kevin Walnoha last May 25 during an attempted armed robbery at the Elm Grove Pharmacy. The pharmacist shot and killed Walnoha during the crime.

Under the Alford plea provisions Fisher entered a guilty plea but did not admit the act.
