Nicholas County man facing prison time for selling meth

A Nicholas County man could be sent to prison when sentenced in August for distributing meth.

Brian Craig Crouse, 50, plead guilty Tuesday in federal court to conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine, said a release from U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin’s Office.

According to the release, Crouse sold meth and other drugs from his Belva residence from January 2011 till his arrest on January 29, 2013.

The release stated that Crouse had obtained the meth from various suppliers during the scheme. He sold a total of between 500 grams and 1500 grams of meth during the distribution scheme.

Crouse faces a mandatory minimum of ten years in federal prison when sentenced on August 20.
