GOLDTOWN, W. Va.– One person is dead following a two car crash in Jackson County Wednesday night.
911 dispatchers said the crash was reported around 8:40 p.m. near the 119 mile marker of Interstate 77 near the Goldtown exit.
The northbound lanes of the interstate were closed for several hours due to the crash.
Police continue to investigate the wreck.
