Huntington landlord faces sentencing

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Monday is sentencing day for former Huntington landlord Jerry Lowe.

The 46-year-old pleaded guilty back in March for distributing drugs. Lowe admitted to a federal judge to selling oxycodone tablets in exchange for $90 cash and $210 from a previous drug related debt.

According to court records, Lowe accepted heroin or prescription pills from two of his tenants in place of rent. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1-million fine.
