Four charged in Harpers Ferry break in

HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. — Four teenagers are facing charges for breaking into and damaging a historic site in Harpers Ferry.

The four have been arrested for nighttime burglary and conspiracy for allegedly forcing their way into the Hilltop House Hotel this week and causing more than $2,500 worth of damage.

Those charged are identified as Tyler Brett Kennedy, 18, of Charles Town, Jeffrey Alexander Thomas, 18, of Charles Town, Tyler James Hefflin, 18, of Harpers Ferry, and Chelsea Ann Wallace, 18, of Charles Town.
