CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Parkersburg man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Charleston for a child pornography offense.

According to a release from U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin’s office, Matthew John Wiggins, 40, was charged with access with intent to view child pornography.

The release states Wiggins was caught Tuesday viewing images of child pornography on a computer inside the Parkersburg & Wood County Public Library.

Wiggins faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years and up to 20 years in prison because of a previous conviction for possession of child pornography in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
