DALLAS, Texas — Kansas State receiver Tyler Lockett relives his big game against West Virginia from 2012, a nine-catch, 194-yard performance he says will tell his grandkids about one day.
Looking back at that week’s practices, Lockett sensed: “I might get the ball a lot this game, and I don’t want to drop it and get replaced.”
He didn’t drop anything, including two touchdown catches in K-State’s 55-14 victory in Morgantown.
Watch the video to hear how Lockett and the Wildcats expect to defend their Big 12 championship without all-conference standouts Collin Klein and Arthur Brown.
