Any improvement over last year is a major step forward! That was ugly to watch! The leadership comes from the coaches who teach them how to play the game. The players have talent (though not experience), but the coaches simply didn't have the know-how to use it to their advantage. I will never blame the players for their lack of knowledge when the coaches don't have it either. They will be improved and it will show this year. Unfortunately, it will still be a couple of years until it is up to the fans level of expectancy. I still love you WVU Mountaineers! Keep working hard and good things (if not great) will come to you!!!

Everytime I hear the word DEFENSE with this years team I almost faint from fear! I hope hope and hope we can turn it around but last years defense was a disgrace! Just a God-awful disgrace! Come on team! Pull it together and make us proud!
