Two bodies found in Cabell County home identified

BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. — The West Virginia State Police have identified two people who were found dead Tuesday in a Cabell County home.

State Police said Barry Stewart, 31, and Kimberly Stines, 34, both of Huntington, were found dead in a home on Division Road in the East Pea Ridge area Tuesday morning.

Police believe the bodies may have been in the home for awhile.

Police said the bodies were found by a family member around 10 a.m.

The cause of death has not been released, but authorities do say a gun was involved. At this time no suspects have been named in the case.

The couple does have a history of domestic violence, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing.
