Men use backdoor to rob Go-Mart

CROSS LANES, W.Va. — Kanawha County deputies hope the public will be able to help identify two men involved in a Monday morning robbery at the Go-Mart on Goff Mountain Road in Cross Lanes.

The suspects pulled up beside the store just before 5 a.m. Surveillance video shows the passenger slip into the back door of the store where he stole four bank bags from the office.

The driver got out and took off all his clothes down to his underwear and socks. He then attempted to get into the bathroom on the side of the building, but couldn’t because the door was locked.

The men were driving a black Ford Ranger pickup truck loaded with old wooden pallets and other various items.

Anyone who can identify the suspects is asked to contact the sheriff’s department at 304-357-0169.
