I personally grew up with frank and graduated with his sister brandy, this sorry excuse for a human being is proof positive that public hangings should be immediate punishment! Frank and brandys family should be given the choice od this piece of trashs fate! And that would be generous considering frank wasn't given a choice of how, when or who would MURDER him! I'm so sorry for the tulock families loss, and no worries frank your son will be taken care of very well...brandy I'm so sorry..words can't describe my sorrow for your loss. Rip frank
