Buckhannon restaurant owner to be arraigned Friday for murder

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — A Mexican restaurant owner is scheduled to be arraigned on murder charges Friday in Upshur County Circuit Court.

Mexican national Roldolfo Villagomez “Chino” Correa, 33, was indicted this week by a grand jury on murder and conspiracy charges.

Correa, Jessie Lee Heater, 29, of Buckhannon, and Robert Eugene Siron III, 31, of Weston, allegedly conspired to kill Joshua Oberg in January 2012.

The arraignment will begin at 9 a.m. in front of Circuit Judge Kurt Hall.
