Cabell business headquarters destroyed by fire

BARBOURSVILLE,. W.Va. — Flames destroyed a Cabell County business Thursday.

Fire crews from Barboursville, Ohio River Road, Ona and Green Valley battled the blaze at the offices of Guyan International for several hours. It’s located in the Melody T. Farms subdivision in Barboursville just off Mall Road.

The fire was reported at just after 11 a.m. It believed to have started in the maintenance area of the 15,000 square foot building. It was declared a total loss by mid-afternoon.

There’s no word on what may have started the blaze. There were no injuries.
