Police identify man wanted in Huntington shooting

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Police in Huntington have identified the man they believe is responsible for a shooting Tuesday night that sent six people to the hospital.

Police issued a warrant Thursday for Antonio Michael Smith, 31 for the shootings at Northcott Court on Hal Greer Boulevard.

He is wanted on six counts of malicious wounding and one count of wanton endangerment.

Police said Smith has a tattoo on his face. He is about 6 feet and 1 inch tall and weighs 170 pounds.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the police.
