Two people struck and killed in Cabell County

BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. — An elderly couple was hit and killed by a vehicle Tuesday night in Cabell County.

Dispatchers said the accident was reported just before 8:15 p.m. in the 3400 block of U.S. 60 in the Barboursville area.

Police said the elderly couple were hit by a minivan. Both the man and woman died at the scene.

Police are currently investigating.
