I had a friend named Roscoe Keener who used to live in South Park, Morgantown. He was a roofing contractor...I would like any information that could be had should this be the same person...I'm quite sure he moved to Clarksburg some 6 six yrs. ago or so. Thx.

Slap on the wrist for causing another human being's death?

3 years and she will be out? Unbelievable. Should have gotten 20 to life.
