By the way Huntington played their last couple games point pleasant would smoke them some of those larger schools played some of the same teams as point and didn't score as high and allowed more points scored. Just like the number 1 seed Huntington .. Winfield!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! Oh i forgot the field was wet nice excuse

    • curious

Huntington's defense would dominate point. You are a smaller Cabell Midland and HHs shut them down. I would say we will see you come the semi round but you wont make it past the winner of WP or SC.

      • wvu!!

Don't think they could i would love to see them play

  • Say What?

Quit yer whining and just tee it up!

  • Reaper

My predictions: 1st round AAA Martinsburg easily. Huntington has no trouble. Capital blows up Hurricane. Point Pleasant defeats Logan. Park wins. Morgantown, Midland, and G.W. all advance.

    • jack

I don't think midland can beat Washington...

  • ratman

Reaper. I wanted Martinsburg to win until I saw your arrogant attitude on here. Now I really hope they lose to shut you up.

    • Reaper

Ratman, what arrogant statement did I make? Dont accuse me of arrogance WITHOUT specifically quoting me. I could careless what you think of Park winning or losing. I love to watch high school football. So, my little RATMAN, let me make one thing clear so read this c a r e f u l l y!!! If Park doesnt make it to the title game, Im rooting for the Dogs. I wont lose any sleep either way. You h a v e a n i c e d a y. Need to make it so u understand.

  • Say What?

Martinsburg vs WP in the title game.

    • Reaper

Park alum here, as much as I'd like to see it, Park has to get there. I think and believe Martinsburg will, Park just needs to focus on one game at a time.

  • Jay

People going at each other's necks over a football game... Whew.

  • WVIRGINIAN FOR LIFE

Most WV teams never travel outside the state or far from home. So how is this system fair? Every year there are surprises. Why? Because some are ranked higher than they should be and others ranked lower than they should be. Oh well. Good luck to everyone!

  • EP Haters

Now now everybody....little Matthew's son is the University HS QB. He's been propping him up as the best QB in the state all year. Your son could have 6 years of eligibility and still wouldn't win a state title.

    • Reaper

EP!!! Your exactly correct on that one. Besides, we both know Matt and his boy will be left crying once they lose in the 2nd round. Honestly, I dont think they make it that far. That depends on the health of the Mohigans.

  • roger

Hey matt, your an idiot for the comment that you made. No matter though you all will have alot of trouble with motown. If something crazy would happen that you all get by them you all will have nothing but trouble looming over head. I hope you make it so you can come to martinsburg so they can crush that over rated QB you all have.

  • Nicole

Once again the complaining from Mo town (Matt)cracks me up.Its ironic how the 2 teams hv to play again.Oh my will the tensions be high through out the city.I couldn't imagine.
Get over the previous losses. It's done move on.Whether your team played poorly ect. Why does it always go back to WP?
Martinsburg should be #1 if not than who should?

  • Say What?

Hoosier, your grammar sucks. I am not sure exactly what you are trying to communicate to us. I will go ask my 8-year-old grandchild if she understands your jibberish.

  • Jay

Without a doubt, Martinsburg has been the team to beat for the past couple years and maybe even longer. I'd say Wheeling Park's runningback combination of Paige and Ingram could run for yards on ANYBODY. Both talented kids. Morgantown might be better without Thomas, less suspecting that he'll get the ball every time! University can beat Morgantown again, they just have to show up to play and not have any mental errors on the field. Great match ups

  • Matt

Nobody whinning just a tough draw for #5 team, by the way never once said WP was not a good team, but without a doubt University played a terrible game that night, and Morgantown stepped it up a notch in the 4th qtr agianst them. By the way how good would either of these teams be if there star player got another year of high school sports? Owell let the games begin, and yes Martinsburg should be ranked #1 until beaten, and as soon as they do we wont have to hear about it. GL to all teams.

    • 1Prouddog

Matt still crying over spilled milk! See the writing on the wall don't you son! 4PEAT COMING!!! Tissues Matt??? LOL

    • Reaper

Matt, some of these other guys might let you off the hook for going soft in your rhetoric. I wont. I am so sick of you and the constant whining about how University played a bad game. PLEASE!!! You got beat! Parks defense CHASED Renner all night. Sacked him, and shut down the passing attack. If Park played University's schedule and a weakened Mohigans team, they'd be 10-0. Have the balls to admit you just got beat by a better team.

  • RJ

Watch out for Magnolia they could be a very dangerous 14 seed playing really good right now

  • 1Prouddog

Some really good match-ups all the way through AAA playoffs. GO DOGS!!!...4 PEAT!!!
