Notes: Martinsburg won its 14th straight playoff game with the win over Cabell Midland. Bulldogs’ quarterback Malique Watkins finished the game 9-of-11 through the air for 170 yards, to go along with another 95 yards on the ground.

Notes: RCB has been playing well at the right time of the year, winning six straight games going back to early October. These two teams met in the semifinals last year – an 18-0 Wayne win.
Notes: Wayne has now won 35 straight games – a win over RCB would tie the Pioneers with the state’s all-time record, which is held by Ansted at 36 straight.
Notes: After a year absence, Williamstown is back in the semifinals of the playoffs. The Yellowjackets beat Madonna in the opening round that year by a touchdown. The two teams also met in the 2008 state championship game, won by Williamstown.
Notes: The Blue Dons surrendered 50 points and gave up three kickoff returns for touchdowns, but still knocked out the defending state champions in the process. Ross Comis and Elliot Nero contributed to 11 touchdowns between themselves in the win.

Notes: Magnolia is back in the semifinals for the second straight year. In the win over Moorefield, Drew Keller carried the ball 33 times for 301 yards and four touchdowns. The Blue Eagles won the 2010 Class AA state championship. Their opponent that year in the semifinals? Greenbrier West.
Notes: In a battle of physical defenses, it was Greenbrier West that won out over St. Marys, holding the Blue Devils to just 71 total offensive yards. The Cavaliers also recorded two safeties in the win.
