Victim identified in deadly Cabell County crash

CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. — Weather is not believed to be a factor in the Wednesday accident that claimed the life of a Cabell County woman, according to investigators.

Officials with the Cabell County Sheriff’s Department identified the victim as Jamie Olivia Luther-Kimball, 35, of Lesage.

She was in one of the two vehicles involved in the wreck on Route 2 in Cabell County near the Mason County line.  It happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Two people in the second vehicle, said to be a mother and daughter, were seriously injured.
