West Virginia man killed in Pennsylvania shooting

AVELLA, Pa., A Thanksgiving weekend argument in Washington County, Pa., ended in the shooting death of a West Virginia man.

Police said Richard Bauduin, 47, of Colliers in Brooke County, was shot in the head with a shotgun by his brother, Robert Bauduin, 46, of Washington, Pa. during a Saturday night argument. Their father told police he was cooking dinner in another room when he heard his sons arguing. The father then heard the gunshot.

The shooting happened at the Bauduin home in Avella, Pa. Reports indicate the Bauduin brothers often argued.

Robert Bauduin is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
