Two men wanted in eastern panhandle bank robbery

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. Police in Berkeley County are looking for two men involved in a bank robbery Tuesday morning in Martinsburg.

Sheriff’s deputies said one man demanded money from the teller at the CNB Bank on Apple Harvest Drive while the second suspect served as a lookout. They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robbery happened at just before noon at the bank that’s located at the Food Lion/Kmart shopping center. There were no injuries.

The man who approached the teller appeared to be in his 40s. He was wearing sunglasses, a baseball cap and a heavy coat. The man serving as a lookout appeared younger. He was also wearing a heavy coat.
