Randolph man charged with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl

ELKINS, W.Va. — Bond was set at $150,000 cash only for the Randolph County man who allegedly had sex with an 11-year-old girl twice.

State Police arrested Jared Michael Iseli, 20, of Beverly, earlier this week, and charged him with two counts of sexual assault.

The girl’s parents told troopers she had snuck out of their home early Sunday to meet a man, later identified as Iseli, whose number was found on the girl’s phone.

Iseli allegedly had sex with her at his home that day and, previously, on Nov. 29.

State Police said Iseli told them he had met the girl at a park in Elkins and kept in contact with her through Facebook and text messages.  Iseli said the girl told him she was 13-years-old.
