Two work release inmates at large

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The search continues for two inmates who failed to return Friday night to the Charleston Work Release center.

Brenda Gay Williams, 44, and Kevin Dale Leek, 37, failed to return after their day long release for work. Corrections officials suspect the pair is traveling together.

Leek was incarcerated for grand larceny, petty larceny and breaking and entering out of Marshall and Tyler counties. Williams was in for credit card fraud and grand larceny out of Fayette, Mercer and Raleigh counties.

Corrections officials have released detailed descriptions of both fugitives.

Williams is a white female with strawberry-blond hair currently dyed red. She is about 5-foot-5 and weighs approximately 168 pounds. Williams has star tattoos behind her right ear, a bumblebee on her chest, a star on her foot, a cross and vines on her left hand, “Michael” on her finger and a lightning bolt and swastika on her right hand.

Leek is a white male with auburn hair currently dyed red. He stands about 5-foot-9 and weighs around 160 pounds. Leek has scars on his lower stomach and a tattoo of feathers, smoke and a cow skull on his left arm. He has a bar code tattoo on the back of his neck and has “Austin” tattooed on his upper back. He has “wasted time” on his chest and multiple tribal symbols on his upper right arm.
