WATCH: Video of Clarke, Cook, Rowell on pro day

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Watch West Virginia defensive end Will Clarke discuss his pro day workout and the feedback he’s receiving from NFL scouts.

Also, watch highlights of safety Darwin Cook, nose tackle Shaq Rowell and blast from the past Noel Devine at Friday’s on-campus workout.

“There was questions about me: While I was playing I used to wear a knee brace, so I wanted to come out and show the scouts what I could do without my knee brace,” Rowell said. “I felt like I was pretty athletic today.”

Rowell said West Virginia’s poor defensive stats the past two seasons won’t necessarily be a detriment to an individual player’s stock.

“If you’re a player, they’re going to find you. All I need is one team to fall in love with me.”

Though the Canadian Football League remains a backup option for Devine, 26, he wanted to show NFL scouts he still possesses the explosive speed that trademarked his college career. He missed two reps while battling a stomach virus Friday, but ran a 4.25 time in the 40.

“I just want to play ball. Put me anywhere on the field and I’m pretty sure I can get the job done,” Devine said. “Receiver, running back, punt returner, kick returner, utility guy.”

The draft is scheduled for May 8-10 at New York’s Radio City Music Hall.
