WATCH: Wheeling Central claims championship in double-overtime

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Thanks to a sensational performance from sophomore guard Chase Harler, Wheeling Central took home the Class A state championship in Charleston on Saturday with the 64-55 victory over Charleston Catholic.
