MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. — A Moundsville woman fell to her death from a third floor apartment Monday afternoon.
Police said the woman was on the balcony of her apartment at Helfer Pavilion cleaning when she went over the side and landed on the pavement below. Her name has not been released.
Police said no foul play was involved. It appears as if the victim may have had a heart attack.
