Flags to fly at half-staff for Staton Wednesday

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has ordered all U.S. and state flags and state facilities to fly at half staff Wednesday in honor of the life of former Congressman Mick Staton who died last week.

Staton served one term in the House from 1981 to 1983.
