Groundbreaking Monday for new Guard center

HOLDEN, W.Va. — The West Virginia National Guard has announced a groundbreaking ceremony for Monday at the site of the new Logan-Mingo Readiness Center in Holden.

The 2:30 p.m. ceremony will include the Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, state Adjutant General James Hoyer along with state and local officeholders.

The site is located at 361 22 Mine Road in Holden.
