NEW YORK, NY — West Virginia U.S. Senator Joe Manchin will be part of the opening bell ceremony on Wall Street Monday morning.
The Dow Jones Industrial average was down back on Friday but up 1 percent for the week.
Members of the WVU football team participated in the opening bell ceremony before they played in the Pinstripe Bowl following 2012 season.
