CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Three people charged in the January death of a St. Albans woman pleaded not guilty during their circuit court arraignments Friday.
Kanawha County Circuit Judge Duke Bloom scheduled July 14 trial dates for Timothy Paul Shafer, 29, Jessica May Wilson, 28, and Megan Marie Hughes, 28.
Shafer and Wilson allegedly murdered Nancy Lynch in her Jefferson Ave. home after she told them she didn’t have any money. She was stabbed to death. Shafer and Wilson allegedly stole jewelry from Lynch’s home.
Hughes is charged with being an accessory after the fact. She also allegedly pawned the stolen jewelry.
