CSB ready to release report on 2010 explosion

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Chemical Safety Board announced Friday it will release its investigative report into a Dec. 2010 deadly accident at the AL Solutions plant in Hancock County July 16 in Charleston.

Three workers were killed in the explosion. They had been handling zirconium powder when the deadly blast occurred at the New Cumberland facility.

AL Solutions is a metal recycling company.
