Gee talks WVU in DC

WASHINGTON, D.C. — WVU President E. Gordon Gee told about 300 university supporters Thursday in Washington, D.C. that there is no place he’d rather be than Morgantown and WVU.

Most of the crowd gathered in the nation’s capital were WVU alums.

Other quotes from Gee courtesy WVU Today’s Twitter feed:

“The future of our institution is that of partnerships with colleges and public education. We are part of one West Virginia.”

“We must make certain that every student and parent believes there is a remarkable return on investment.”

“We must now become focused on changing lives by using our creative spirits to discover new ideas and making those ideas real.”
