GRAFTON, W. Va. — A man who escaped from the Taylor County Community Corrections Program has been apprehended.
Michael Anthony Ross, 26, was caught swimming across the river in Taylor County, according to a release sent out by Tammy Narog, Director of the Taylor County Corrections Program.
Ross fled at 10 a.m. Monday morning and was considered to be dangerous.
