Two dead in Boone County accident

MADISON, W.Va. — Boone County authorities say an early morning crash claimed two lives.

A vehicle traveling Route 17 at a high rate of speed crashed just outside of Madison about 4:30 a.m. Authorities say the driver lost control and flipped the vehicle several times. Both Curtis Kelley and Eddie Javins were ejected from the vehicle.

One victim was dead at the scene, the second died enroute to the hospital.
