No injuries in train derailment

TYGART JUNCTION, W.Va. — Officials with the Appalachian & Ohio Railroad expect it will take the entire weekend to cleanup a derailment that happened in Barbour County Friday.

A&O said 11 of the 99-car coal train jumped the tracks near Tygart Junction at around 4:30 a.m. The cleanup includes the wrecked cars and the coal that spilled. The company expects to reopen the track sometime Sunday.

There were no injuries.
