ELKVIEW, W.Va. — The search continues for the man who robbed a bank in Kanawha County on Thursday afternoon. No one was hurt in the robbery that happened at about 1:30 p.m. at the Chase Bank in Elkview.
Deputies with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department said the white man produced a pistol and demanded money from a bank teller.
Even though deputies arrived within a minute of the call from the bank’s alarm system, the suspect was able to get away with cash in a gold or beige Chevrolet Malibu.
The suspect was said to be wearing a mask, blue shirt and blue hat. He was between 5’9″ and 6′ tall.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department at 304-357-0169 or submit a tip at www.kanawhasheriff.us.

Gary,
I'm starting to think the biggest instrument of death is your computer.
I know it makes me want to regurgitate every time I read one of your posts.

Stop It Gary
Gary,
For the love of God, can you type one single comment without putting that goofy "YEESH!" In it. Come on man, time for some new material, that one's weak.

BIM Job
Too bad there wasn't someone there with another instrument of death that could have blown his brains out all over the bank floor. Then the next time a bank robber might think twice before going into that bank to commit a crime.
