Parkersburg police charge 3 after meth lab fire

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. — Parkersburg police arrested three residents Thursday after a fire police believe was caused by a meth lab.

Investigators said the outbuilding at 4318 11th Ave. was destroyed by flames.

“A reaction vessel, empty pseudoephedrine boxes, lithium batteries, and instant ice packets were located at the scene,” police said in a news release.

Investigators charged three people living at the residence with operating a meth lab. Ricky Wayne Wright, 59, is being held on $65,000 bail; Carrie Jean Fletcher, 51, on $75,000 bail and Aaron Chad Wright, 24, on $65,000 bail.
