KEYSER, W.Va. — A Mineral County man faces charges after a one-year-old is impaled with scissors.

According to Mineral County Sheriff Jeremy Taylor deputies issued a felony arrest warrant for Andrew Christopher Conner.

I guess they know what they are doing but I would have thought that more than one charge would have been appropriate and provided better odds at a conviction.
