BECKLEY, W.Va. — A party ended in tragedy Sunday morning in Beckley.
Police report Roland Frazier, 23, was shot and killed at a home on Maxwell Hill.
According to investigators a large party was in progress when a fight broke out and shots were fired. Frazier was fatally injured.
No arrests have been made.
