Probe continues in Berkeley murder case

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Sheriff’s deputies in Berkeley County are looking for those responsible for a Sunday afternoon shooting death.

Deputies said Michael Garcia, 33, of Kearneysville, was found dead on Technology Drive. He had been shot at least three times. The body was found about 10-feet away from the vehicle Garcia was driving.

Deputies said Garcia told friends he was meeting someone that afternoon.
