Morgantown man charged with drug trafficking

ELKINS, W. Va. — A Morgantown man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on drug charges.
Arthur Sean Warner, 43, of Morgantown, faces multiple drug trafficking offenses, including one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and hydrochloride, one count of possession with Intent to distribute cocaine base and one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
The investigation was conducted by the Mon Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
Warner faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.00 for each of the cocaine charges and up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.00 for the marijuana charge.
