Harrison County man arrested on drug charges involving heroin

CLARKSBURG, W. Va. — A Harrison County man has been arrested after admitting to distributing heroin.

Douglas Dustin Lish, 29, of Clarksburg, was found with 100 stamps, or doses, of the drug in his Philippi Pike home on Thursday.

The Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force led the investigation and further discovered Lish sold heroin to at least five people.

He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent.

Lish was admitted to North Central Regional Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
